Welcome to The Party Jockeys. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided. By booking an event, you agree to the following:

• A non-refundable retainer (minimum $150) is required to secure your event date.
• Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card.
• Late payments may incur a fee of $100 per week or 1% per week (whichever is greater), or the maximum allowed by law.
• The Party Jockeys reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed.

• Services will be provided as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
• Client is responsible for providing adequate space, access, power, and any required venue permissions.
• Any special requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the event.

• All retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 30+ days prior may receive a partial refund of payments made, excluding planning time, labor, and committed vendor costs.
• During high-demand dates and holidays, refunds may not be issued.
• Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

• Client is responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of equipment caused by guests or attendees.
• A refundable security deposit (minimum $150) may be required.
• Any damages exceeding the deposit will be billed to the Client.
• Equipment must be returned in original condition immediately following the event.

• The Party Jockeys may coordinate third-party vendors on Client’s behalf.
• We act solely as a coordinator and are not responsible for vendor performance, delays, cancellations, or service failures.
• Any disputes regarding vendors must be handled directly between Client and the vendor.

• The Party Jockeys may transport, install, or handle décor, rentals, and materials as part of event services.
• All items are handled and transported at the Client’s sole risk.
• The Party Jockeys is not liable for loss, damage, or breakage during transport, setup, or breakdown, including fragile, rented, or third-party items.
• The Party Jockeys is not a carrier, insurer, or guarantor of Client property.

• Client is responsible for insuring all high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items.
• The Party Jockeys assumes no liability for such items, regardless of involvement in handling or transport.
• Any exception must be agreed to in writing and supported by separate insurance coverage provided by the Client.

• Client is required to obtain event insurance covering liability, property damage, and event-related risks.
• A Certificate of Insurance must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event.
• The Party Jockeys must be named as Additional Insured where applicable.
• Failure to provide insurance may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

• The Party Jockeys is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the event.
• Client is responsible for guest behavior and event safety.
• We reserve the right to stop services if staff experiences unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate conditions, without refund.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
• The Party Jockeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including event disruption or dissatisfaction.

• Any claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the event.
• Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of the claim.

• Client is responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Assistance may be provided at $150/hour or $250 per permit (whichever is greater).

• The Party Jockeys retains full discretion over event execution, including layout, timing, staffing, and logistics.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, guest experience, or event performance.

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, venue restrictions, or vendor failure.
• Planning fees are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Party Jockeys, its team, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, including guest injuries, property damage, or vendor-related issues, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• The Party Jockeys may capture photos, videos, and event content for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless the Client opts out in writing prior to the event.
• Client grants The Party Jockeys the right to use the Client’s name, company name, and logo for the purpose of identifying the Client as a past client in portfolios, marketing materials, website displays, social media, and promotional content.
• Such use will be respectful, professional, and limited to showcasing completed work and client relationships.
• Client may request in writing that their name, brand, or event remain confidential, and The Party Jockeys will honor such request.

• By booking with us, you consent to receive operational and promotional communications.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
