Welcome to The Party Jockeys! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our event services. By booking an event with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payments
- A deposit minimum of $150 is required to secure a booking.
- Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the event date.
- Payment methods accepted: credit card.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Event Services
- The Party Jockeys will provide entertainment and event services as agreed upon at booking.
- The customer is responsible for providing necessary facilities, including electrical outlets and setup areas.
- Any special requests must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is booked, it signifies the reservation of time exclusively for your event in our schedule. If you cancel your appointment before the scheduled time, the following policy applies:
- For cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled event, a partial refund may be issued. However, during high-demand holiday seasons—including October, November, December, January, Chinese New Year celebrations, Valentine’s Day/Presidents Day weekend, St. Patrick’s Day weekend, Easter weekend, Cinco de Mayo weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Halloween weekend—a full refund will not be available.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, you may reschedule your event for a different date. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, email us at events@thepartyjockeys.com or call 702-687-8387.
4. Security Deposit
- Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by their attendees during the scheduled service period.
- A refundable security deposit of $150 is required to secure the date and cover any damage or misplaced equipment.
- The security deposit will be fully refunded if all items are returned in their original condition. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the customer will be billed for the excess cost.
- Bookings made more than 30 days in advance require the $150 security deposit to reserve the event date and time.
- For bookings within 30 days, full payment of the event fee is required to secure the reservation.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 business days from the release date and should reflect in customers' bank accounts accordingly.
6. Liability and Responsibilities
- The Party Jockeys will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.
- The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages to our equipment.
- We reserve the right to stop services if our staff faces harassment or unsafe conditions.
7. Messaging and Communications
- Users can occasionally receive promotional and informational messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- To unsubscribe from messages, text STOP.
- For assistance, text HELP.
- By using our services, you consent to receive these messages unless you opt out.
8. Intellectual Property
- Any media recorded during events by The Party Jockeys may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Customers may not use or distribute our media without prior consent.
9. Force Majeure
- The Party Jockeys shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Nevada.
